There is an Athletic Association in the College, for +3 class students having an Exective Committee.

i. The aim of the Athletic Association is to promote the spirit of games and sports among the students.

ii. The Executive Committee consists of the Principal as Exofficio President, nominee of the Principal from among the teaching staff as Vice-President, Associations and Secretary and one representative form each class. The Secretary, Joint Secretary and one representative from each class are to be elected by the members of representative association. The Vice-President will preside over all the executive committee meetings. 50% members of Executive committee shall form the quorum.

iii. Election of Secretary, Asst. Secretary & class representatives will be elected along with College Election, 20% from this fund will be spend towards election.

2. SOCIAL SERVICE GUILD:

There is a S.S.G. Association, known as +3 S.S.G. The Secretary & Asst. Secretary class representatives of the association will be elected in the College election.

i) The object of the guild shall be to grant financial help to the poor, meritorious and deserving students of the college and to render social service of any description.

ii) The Executive Committee consists of the Principal Ex-officio President, nominees of Principal from among the teaching staff as Vice-President and associates and a Secretary to be elected by the members of respective Associations. The Vice-President will preside over all the Executive Committee meetings, 50% members of Executive Committee shall from the quorum.

3. DAY SCHOLARS’ ASSOCIATION : There is one Day Scholar’s Association, known as +3 D.S.A. having an Executive Committee to perform the activities of Ganesh Puja & Saraswati Puja.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES :

i. To take up such cultural activities which develop the spirit of fellow feeling and co-operative among the day scholars.

ii. All the Day Scholars shall be ipso-facto members of the Association.

iii. The Executive Committee shall consist of the Principal who shall be the ex-officio president of the Association, a teacher nominated by the Principal as its Vice-President, some other members of teaching staff as associates, a Secretary, an Assistant Secretary and one representative from each class. The Secretary, Asst. Secretary and the representatives are to be elected by the members of the respective association.

iv. The Secretary with the approved of the Vice-President shall organise all the functions of the Association.

v. The Asst. Secretary shall assist the Secretary in the discharge of the duties and in his absence perform all his functions.

vi. All major issues involving initiation of new projects or preparation of budget etc. shall be discussed and decided by the executive body under the chairmanship of the Vice-President and its execution shall vest on the Secretary 50% members of the executive Committee shall constitute the quorum.

vii. The Secretary, Ass. Secretary & class representative will be elected in the College election, 20% of the total fund will be spent for election.

4. DRAMATIC ASSOCIATION There is one Dramatic Association in the college known as +3 Dramatic Association having an Executive Committees.

i. +3 class students of this College shall be the members of +3 Dramatic Association.

ii. The Executive Committee consists of the Principal as its ex-officio president, a nominee of the principal from the teaching staff and vice president, some teaching staff as associates. A secretary and joint secretary from amongest the students duly elected from the respective members of the associations. The Vice-President will preside over all Executive committee meetings and 50% members of all executive committee shall form the quorum.

iii. The committee will decide the drama to be staged, arrange variety shows and select students for such purpose.

iv. The Secretary shall record and preserve the minutes of the Associatiion and is responsible to the Principal through the Vice-President with regard to Financial matters. The Asst.

Secretary shall assist and be in charge in the absence of or inability of the Secretary.

v. Secretary Ass. Secretary & class representatives of both the association will be elected in the College election 20% of the total fund will be spent for election & audit.
